Powerful fast-acting concentrated cleaner to remove all types of dirt
Guard Wash® Express is a concentrated product with powerful active materials enabling instant and deep cleaning of dirt invading building materials (dirt associated with damp, atmospheric pollution, traces of leaves, etc.). 
The self-cleaning, quick and powerful action of Guard Wash® Express cleans and cleanses contaminated surfaces without the need for rinsing. The original appearance of materials is restored in less than an hour with no deterioration to their colour or their mechanical properties. To remove all residue however, rinsing can be carried out 45 minutes after applying the product.
Guard Wash® Express is also the ideal product to remove grey discolouration from wood.
  • Guard Wash® Express is an ideal universal product to treat external walls, facades, weather boarding, roofs, balconies, fountains, pools, monuments, fences, terraces, garden paving, paving, tennis courts, etc. 
  • It can be used on all materials like concrete, fibre cement, natural or reconstituted stone, terracotta, tiling, PVC, wood, etc. Particularly recommended for roughcast, even paint and all types of coatings.

Apply using a garden-type low-pressure sprayer.
Clean the tools and equipment used with water immediately after use.
  • Guard Wash® Express is a concentrated product; dilute up to 1 part product to 2 parts water for normal cleaning. For more challenging cleaning jobs, use the product undiluted.
  • If the surface is heavily covered with micro-organisms, brush before applying the product then apply specific Guard Anti-M® 24 treatment.
  • Always test on the material before application.
  • Spray 1 layer onto dry or slightly damp material.
Dilution recommendations:
  • Dirty surface = 1 l of product to 2 l water.
  • Very dirty surface = 1 l of product to 1 l water.
  • Extremely dirty surface = Undiluted product.
  • On vertical surfaces. always apply from bottom to top.
  • Rinsing is not required, but removes the last residue. If rinsing, wait 20 to 45 minutes and use a jet of water or high-pressure washer.
  • Before repainting or applying a protective product, the material must be completely rinsed off and dry (refer to the finishing product sheet).

  • Colour: Light yellow.
  • Odour: Floral.

  • Density: 1.16 ± 0.01.

The following values are given for information:
Coverage: 3 - 6 m2/litre.
Yield: 
  • Neat: 20L = 60 to 120 m².
  • Diluted 1/1: 20L = 40L ready to use = 120 to 240 m².
  • Diluted 1/2: 20L = 60L ready to use = 180 to 360 m².

  • Store in its original packaging in a dry place away from direct sunlight at a temperature of between 5°C and 25°C.
  • Storage: 12 months from date of manufacture, in original packaging unopened.
  • For perfect application and effective action, Guard Wash® Express must be used when the temperature of the elements is between 5°C and 25°C.
  • Do not apply if it is raining or if there is a risk of rain. If the weather is extremely hot, apply during the cooler hours of the day. Air temperature between 5°C and 25°C.
  • Guard Wash® Express may alter fragile materials or light alloys. Always carry out a test beforehand.
  • Do not mix with another product (risk of toxic gas being released).
  • Avoid unnecessary splashes on areas not being treated (risk of alterations).
  • Do not spray on the surrounding vegetation or new animal feed. 
  • Protecting vegetation: rinse any splashes of the product on plants in order to prevent any damage to the natural world.
  • Protecting the environment and packaging: Rinse the package with fresh water and dispose of in the plastics bin at the recycling centre. Never throw a dirty package out into the environment.
  • Respiratory protection: No breathing apparatus is required under normal conditions of use provided there is adequate ventilation. Do not inhales gases, vapours or aerosols.
  • Hand protection: Wear sealed nitrite rubber gloves.
  • Skin protection: Protective clothing (protection and apron) boots.
  • Eye protection: Anti-splatter glasses or CE marked face shield.
  • If swallowed: Do not induce vomiting. Contact a doctor or specialist.

Chemical nature
Water-based solution made up of surfactants, alkaline wetting agents and pure and natural essential oil.

Prevention
To prevent fouling again and permanently protect the surface after cleaning and drying, it is recommended to apply a preventative treatment with a product from the ProtectGuard® or ImperGuard® range.
