Anti-adherence protective plant oil and cleaner for mixers. Concentrated version
  • GTN® Premium is a curative and preventative product more concentrated than standard GTN® (30% more).
  • It enables equipment to be protected against concrete deposits and cleans them. GTN® Premium dissolves deposits that have largely stuck coat by coat though daily use Applied at the end of the day with installations encrusted with concrete, it acts during the might to reduce deposits.
  • GTN® Premium though its protective properties, prevents clogging up of equipment with concrete, and makes maintenance easier. The product increases the equipment’s life cycle.
  • GTN® Premium is much safer than other products on the market. It does not contain oil-based products or heavy metals and is not classified as a corrosive. It can be applied to all materials without altering materials (metal, paint, etc.).

Apply using the low-pressure sprayer.
  • It is essential to carry out preliminary tests.
  • Use the product in its pure state: do not dilute or mix with other products.
  • In some cases, too much of the product may lead to air in the concrete. Apply the product evenly.
CURATIVE:
  • Spray the product at the end of the day. The oil must cover the concrete to be removed.
  • Action time: At least 12 hours.
  • Rinse the treated surface with a high-pressure cleaner or water jet. Remove all oil before returning it to use.
  • Start the procedure again until all concrete has gone.
PREVENTIVE:
  • Spray the product on a daily basis at the end of the day in order to prevent adherence of concrete and to keep the mixer clean and in good condition.
  • It is also possible to apply the product during the day.
  • Physical state at 20°C: Liquid.
  • Colour: Amber.
  • Odour: Slight.
  • pH: Not applicable.
  • Viscosity at 20°C [mPa.s]: 25.
  • Density: 0,93 ± 0,02.
  • Solubility in water [vol/vol]: Insoluble.
  • Flashpoint [°C]: Not applicable.
Oil must be uniformely applied. The following values are for guidance only: 30 to 40 m2/litre.
25 L can, 200 L tubs and 1000 L barrels.
  • Store in a dry place at a temperature of between 5°C and 30°C.
  • Shelf-life: 12 months from date of manufacture, in original unopened container.
Ecological and respects the environment:
  • Non toxic, non corrosive, non irritant.
  • PCB and CMR-free.
  • VOC < 1 g/l*.
  • 100% organic-based of which 91% recycled.
  • Biodegradable up to 90%*.
  • For best results it is essential to use GTN® when air and surface temperature is above 0°C.
  • Do not apply during rain.
  • GTN® hardens below -7°C.
  • Respiratory protection: Under normal conditions of use, no special respiratory protection equipment is needed.
  • Hand protection: Wear rubber gloves.
  • Skin protection: Wear protective clothing.
  • Eye protection: Wear protective goggles.
  • If swallowed: Do not induce vomiting. Contact a doctor or a specialist.
